Courses may be two weeks long. Also one or three weeks long courses may be organized on the basis of the request.

Participants number allowed: from four to eight persons maximum.

The total weekly hours of lessons with the teacher are 20. After the everyday hours of lessons, for the rest of the day students may have the possibility of working indipendently, helped by the staff.

Spaces are offered also only for the ones who would like to work indipendently.

Equipments

Tools are placed at disposal by the workshop. Processing type is partly manual and partly mechanical by the use of compressed.air hammers and electric tools.

PERSONAL ASSURANCE FOR POSSIBLE ASSURANCE IS REQUIRED.

The price for a two weeks stage only is € 619,75.
Regarding schools and groups, prices will be decided at the moment.

Board and lodging

Different solutions of accomodation will be offered: from the international youth hostel up to the pension and the four stars hotel, all placed in Marina di Carrara, Marina di Massa and Forte dei Marmi.

In the highl season period (July and August), it is very important to book at least two months in advance.
Concerning board you will be allowed to use a refreshment place. Supermarket, shops and restaurants are placed opposite at few metres.

Location

We are placed in Marina di Carrara, on the Tyrrhenian coast under the Apuane Alps at 200 mt. from the sea, where you may enjoy the numerous equipped beaches. Behind us there is the delightful Carrara marble quarries scenery.

• Carrara town is km. 7 away,

• Marina di Massa at 3 km,

• and the very famous Versilia touristic place at 10 km.

Bicycles will be placed at disposal for your movings; car sevices on request.

Trips and initiatives

Students may visit Carrara marble quarries or neighbouring artistic towns such as Firenze, Pisa, Lucca or take part in some possible initiatives (for payment). All on request.

• Airports: the international landings of Genova, Pisa and Firenze enjoy excellent railway and motorway connections with Carrara;
